The role of the Board of Directors is to oversee the student group of Lunik and is made up of students, staff, and alumni of Glendon. Board members meet once or twice a year to ensure everything functions smoothly at Lunik and are in place to step in in the event of a conflict.
Board members are elected by members of the co-operative for two years, with half of the Board being up for re-election every year.

Le rôle du conseil d’administration est de superviser le groupe d’étudiants de Lunik et est composé d’étudiants, de personnel et d’anciens élèves de Glendon. Les membres du conseil d’administration se réunissent une ou deux fois par an pour s’assurer que tout fonctionne bien à Lunik et sont en place pour intervenir en cas de conflit.
Les membres du conseil sont élus par les membres de la coopérative pour deux ans, la moitié du conseil étant rééligible chaque année.
