Administrative Organizational Development (AOD) Coordinator
The AOD Coordinator is the glue that holds Lunik together, overseeing the café’s overall operations and ensuring smooth collaboration among team members. They are the primary point of contact for big-picture planning and strategy, ensuring Lunik stays aligned with its mission and goals.

The Finance Coordinator manages Lunik’s budget, tracks expenses, and ensures financial sustainability. By keeping the numbers in check, they make sure the café remains affordable for everyone while continuing to thrive as a student-run cooperative.

General Environment Coordinator
The General Environment Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining Lunik’s cozy and inviting atmosphere. From decor and furniture to gardening and cleanliness, they ensure the space feels like a home away from home.

Social Space Coordinator
The Social Space Coordinator is the mastermind behind Late Night Luniks (LNLs), Lunik’s signature pub nights. They handle everything from securing permits and organizing alcohol delivery to collaborating with student clubs and promoting events. This role ensures LNLs are safe, fun, and memorable while upholding Lunik’s values and Safe Space Policy.

Outreach Coordinator
The Outreach Coordinator brings Lunik to life by planning and hosting weekly and non-licensed (non-alcohol) events that foster community and creativity. They work closely with volunteers to coordinate schedules, advertise Lunik’s activities, and maintain connections with clubs and groups across York University. This role is all about creating engaging experiences that highlight Lunik as a vibrant and inclusive space for everyone

First-year engagament (fyec) Coordinator
The First-Year Engagement Coordinator (FYEC) is dedicated to creating meaningful connections between Lunik and first-year students. This role focuses on organizing events and initiatives tailored to first-year students, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the Glendon community. From hosting mixers to planning creative workshops, the FYEC helps introduce new students to Lunik’s values and vibrant culture. Through outreach and collaboration with other coordinators, the FYEC builds a bridge for first-years to engage, participate, and thrive in the Lunik family.
